This policy covers revivemarketinggroup.com, run by Revive Marketing Group in Pittsburgh, PA. It explains what the site collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

What you send us

The Let's Meet form on the home and Meet pages sends us your name, email address and message. The Client Contact form sends the client name, who it is from, the request type and level, your message and any files you attach. We use these only to reply and to do the work you ask for. We do not sell them or share them outside Revive and the service provider named below.

With each form we also record the time, the page you were on, your IP address and your browser type, which helps us tell real requests from automated spam.

What the site does not do

The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Nothing you type is saved in your browser, and nothing is recorded until you press Submit.

Two older news posts show posts embedded from Instagram and X (Twitter). Those boxes load from Instagram and X, which may set their own cookies under their own policies when you view those pages.

Who handles it

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions and attached files for us. It processes them on our behalf under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and files for as long as we need them to handle your request and to keep a record of our work together.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@revivemarketinggroup.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
